Products and Services
Little Tails Card Co. offers digital greeting card products, personalized digital products, printed greeting cards, and personalized printed products. Product descriptions, pricing, availability, and features may be updated from time to time.
Digital Products
Digital products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining access to the email account used when ordering.
Digital files are provided for the usage permitted with the product purchased. Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of Little Tails Card Co. artwork, designs, branding, or other intellectual property.
Personalized Products
Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, spelling, and other personalization information when ordering.
Personalized digital files are prepared separately from standard instant-download files and are generally delivered within 2 business days using the contact information associated with the Shopify order.
Personalized products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund after customization or production has begun, except when an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or we made an error in the personalization.
Printed Products and Shipping
Printed products are shipped according to our published Shipping Policy. Shipping rates, processing estimates, and available destinations are displayed on our website or during checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Pricing and Payment
